Teddy Swims XL Live

We paid for 2 VIP pre-concert experience tickets $260. We never received any information other than the doors opened at 7pm and the concert started at 8pm. Once we got through the line and security we were told the preconcert experience just ended. When we told both event and concert staff what happened we got an oh well and just walked away from. Teddy Swims didn't start to perform until after 9:30pm. I'm not sure how no one could accommodate 2 people to meet him like we paid for. After standing on concrete for 2 hours he finally came out. There were no seats so if you moved you lost your spot. It was so packed people on the floor were bumping into each other uncomfortably. This wasn't the experience I paid for. There was a upper level and we were told that we could go there either with out a wrist band. We were hoping at least that could be accommodated. We'll know better for next time. Thankfully Teddy Swims performance was good.
